Fell in love with the "Grand Kok Kod resort" we can definitively say it is the best resort
We recently escaped The Big Mango to "Khaokho Petchabun" for a 3-night stay in the 5-star luxury resort at Khaokho "GRAND KOK KOD RESORT" which is located on 888 metres in the mountains of Petchabun. We totally fell in love with the "Grand Kok Kod resort" we can definitively say it is the best resort in Khao Kho.
The stunning panorama view features fantastic scenery of the mountain in this province. The rooms here are big and super clean, both the Deluxe and Grand Deluxe room types on offer are 45 sq/m in size. For the Deluxe and Grand Deluxe room, prices start at 3,500 - 5,500 THB depending on low and high season. The resort offers rooms supporting the disabled as well.

The bedroom was so comfortable and cozy, big comfy bed with 2 soft pillows per person.
A clean bathroom with full toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobe, and sandals.
They also have a minibar ready for guests. The room includes a dining table for 2 people, sofa couch next to the window so you can enjoy the garden and mountain view. The balcony is very beautiful and you can see a purple verbena flower fields from your room. They also have internet TV you can cast to your mobile to watch television which is super convenient!

Noodles and pork stir fry with soy sauce
Spaghetti stir fry with chilli and thai herbs
Spaghetti Cabonara
Blue Margarita

Mojito
...We enjoyed the food whilst soaking in the amazing view of Khao kho.
After a good night's rest we awoke to a bsea of fog outside our window as it's rained the previous night. The fog rolled right into the bedroom balcony! It is so beautiful to see the sunrise through the fluffy fog!

There is a 7-Eleven only a kilometer away if you need to stock up on snacks or use an ATM. The resort is also close to Khaokho hospital.
We went to "Wat Khao Kho Pattanaram" after our breakfast, The old temple has many beautiful Buddhas and reclining Buddhas inside.
