360° Views of Old Bangkok at Avani Riverside Hotel's Attitude
While there are plenty of rooftop bars in Bangkok, especially up and down Sukhumvit Road, Attitude at the Avani Riverside Hotel offers a breathtaking views of old Bangkok and the famous Chao Phraya river.
Attitude is a popular spot for both locals and tourists to enjoy a cocktail from Attitude's resident mixologist. Watching Attitude's chefs prepare your favorite tapas whilst drinking in the views and listening to the DJ's soulful beats.
Attitude gets busy Thursday through Sunday so Thaifoodies.co suggests you come early or call ahead to ensure you have your preferred table. Inside seating is available for those who really want to stay out of the wind and enjoy air conditioning but to us rooftop cocktails MUST be al fresco....
For those so inclined, drinks by the hotel's infinity pool is very relaxing but please note that the pool is very popular with families so waiting until later in the evening may be preferable.
Nicely padded wicker chairs and proper tables allow you to enjoy the variety of cuisines on offer at Attitude. This trip Thaifoodies.co only tried the pizza and wine. :)

We found the pizza, while tasty and hot, to have overly soft crust which is not our favorite so we opted for more wine! Chill loungers are also available in this expansive rooftop space.
The Thaifoodies.co team really like our wine so we ordered a decent bottle of the red and white. Each cost 1,300 Baht or about US$36. Not cheap but then again you won't find wine cheap anywhere in Thailand!
All in we spent just under US$100 for two bottles of wine, a pizza and a couple other snacks and 3 hours of awesome views and relaxation.
While perhaps not the cheapest or having gourmet food, Attitude is still one our favorite spots to chill out with a drink and watch our beloved Bangkok rush by from the 26th floor!
