Dee Lite offers fresh imported oysters, squid, sweet prawns, Blue Crab, New Zealand Mussels, and Alaskan King Crab. All fresh and delicious.
If Sushi and Sashimi are more to your liking then check out the Japanese selection. The Sashimi station includes Blue Fin Tuna, Octopus, Salmon, Sweet Prawn, and Crab. The Sushi station featured Creative Roll, Nigiri Maki, and maki Sushi - check out our pics below - So Yummy!
If you choose a more traditional approach perhaps a fresh garden salad, beef salad, Tuna Nicoise, prawn mango and avocado or maybe even a do-it-yourself caesar salad? Thaifoodies recommends you try the Caesar, crisp romaine lettuce with crunchy croutons, bits of bacon, parmesan cheese with one of the best Ceasar Salad dressings we have tried. So good!
With your salad you can add some smoked duck, salami milano, parma ham or Scottish smoked salmon from the Charcuterie and Cheese selection. We loved the Brie and Edam but the Blue Cheese was really tasty! Dee Lite also features a great selection of homemade breads to accompany your salad, meats and cheese.
No buffet in Thailand would be complete without Thai food of course and Dee Lite provides plenty of Thai food that is "aroi mak" - very delicious! Normal everyday Thai cuisine when prepared properly is a true joy to consume :)
We sampled a few of the thai dishes and all were tasty and well prepared. Grilled Pork with peanut sauce, a touch of spicy Thai beef salad, and a bowl of kao soy noodles with a lovely, creamy curry - I think I actually had two bowls!
If you are craving pasta Dee Lite has you covered with a wonderful pasta selection, cooked to order and delivered to your table. We went for a creamy white sauce and spaghetti, peppers, roast chilis and bacon...the pasta was al dente (perfect) and the sauce light and balanced -spicy and wonderful!
We hit the carving station next as it was calling me from the moment I stepped into Dee Lite. We sampled the roast beef, and lamb both cooked to perfection.

Even though we were feeling stuffed after sampling all the different and delicious food from the buffet we were nonetheless tempted by the dessert section - it is simply decadent! Cakes, tarts, crepes, fresh fruit, something for everyone - thaifoodies suggest you try the chocolate fondue! - AMAZING!
Dee Lite at Double Tree by Hilton Sukhumvit is located in Sukhumvit soi 26. A short walk from the Phrom Pong BTS station but they have plenty of parking should you choose to drive.
