It is important to note that the Chatrium is a big, busy hotel but even taking into account the traffic the Chatrium team always made us feel that we received great service.
Check in was quick and hassle free and done with a smile! We just hopped across town but when you have arrived after flying for multiple hours a warm, sincere welcome make for a great first impression. That is exactly what we received at The Chatrium Hotel Riverside
A VERY NICE touch we experienced at The Chatrium Riverside when checking in was a free cocktail of our choice from their welcome drink menu - local beers, a choice of 6 mocktails or 9 cocktails - we had Tequila Sunrises - perfect on a hot Bangkok afternoon.
We were impressed with room service both by how fast it arrived but just how good it tasted
The service staff in the River Barge were superstars! So warm and friendly, we never wanted to a thing - it seemed every time we looked up there was an amazing Chatrium team member waiting there to assist us! Well done team - we are impressed!
