The Thaifoodies team were invited to try the NEW set Business Lunch Menu at the very posh, the very elegant - The Reflexions Restaurant on the 3rd floor of the Plaza Athenee in Bangkok recently and it was an uplifting gastronomic experience.
The New Business Lunch Menu at The Reflexions provides rare opportunity to experience a vignette of exceptional Modern French cuisine for an extremely sensible price. 2 Courses for 999 baht or 3 Courses for 1,250 baht. Whether hosting a serious business lunch or simply seeking an elegant midday repast, The Reflexions tops the list.
There are interesting things happening at The Reflexions of late - with new Chef de Cuisine Roxanne Lange, clearly bringing her Michelin Star experience to the fore here with plethora of new and creative dishes that are whimsical in presentation and classically French in flavor.

For Appetizers guests may choose from Salmon with Pork belly and Prawn, A WONDERFUL LOBSTER SOUP or Steak Tartare.
Mains include a choice of - Japanese Seabream, Aquarello Risotto, Slow Cooked Chicken, Wagyu Striploin NO 4. The Thaifoodies team decided to go with the Wagyu Striploin and Slow Cooked Chicken - It may sound like a cliche but each dish was a complex medley of flavors that fitted together perfectly. If you are seeking to impress The Reflexions is the place to go!
The Dessert selection is a deceptively simple proffering of Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Sorbet, and Roasted Banana but the reality that appeared at our table was anything but simple. These desserts were beautiful in presentation and heavenly to consume. Click the images below to enlarge.
