First up is the Computer Vision Syndrome Set. We have all been here right? Way too much time spent staring at your computer screen. Eat Well has something that just might help. A cool Goji berry, carrot and tomato soup together with a beef steak and arugula, witloof, and romaine salad complete with broccoli, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, quinoa, boiled egg, with Blue Cheese cereal bread tartine and red wine herbal vinaigrette. This beautiful creation is packed with all the vitamins you need to recover from your syndrome.

Next we tried a beautiful Wasabi Tuna Tartare with avocado. Yellow Tail Tuna marinated in fresh wasabi, truffle oil and Japanese soy sauce. Wholesome, fresh ingredients are the key here. Just a bit of balsamic vinegar on the side makes this nutritious dish perfect!

A very healthy dish is found in Vegetable Homemade Spring Rolls, wild betel leaves wrapped fresh vegetables topped with a sweet and natural plum sauce. A great way to eat your greens. So light and exploding with fresh flavor.

Finally we sampled a lovely Mimosa Salad with steamed asparagus, and seasoned crab, on a bed of greens with hard boiled eggs. A wonderful combination of flavors, very fresh and light. A great way to enjoy a delicious dish and stick to your diet!

After some delicious and healthy dishes we needed to represent the other side of the dining spectrum - a more decadent approach that while certainly less healthy is surely, absolutely yummy with dishes from Twist Bar & Bistro.
