Nimitr in Thai means, “a special dream”, so we created a unique establishment, where guests can experience another realm of Oriental Cuisine with our exquisite take on “Cutting Edge Oriental Gastronomy”. Pre and post dinner cocktails are mixed delicately at the legendary Jack Bain’s Bar. This experience is brought to you by our young talented culinary master and curator of fine cuisine, Chef Nanang Prasetya Aditama.
Located on level 27 at 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok, Nimitr is an upscale fine dining destination serving Cutting Edge Oriental Gastronomy food. We aim to be the pioneers of this leading-edge concept, which offers the highest standards of modern cuisine and draws on both Oriental and Western inspirations. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu, which will be changed seasonally, in order to bring out the best taste of the fresh produce at the time of season, as well as a tasting menu with highlight dishes.
Nimitr Restaurant is an exclusive gourmet experience. I will use the term boutique restaurant here as the venue is intimate, intricately crafted, wonderfully stylish, and the food is in a word - inspired. Chef Nana has created a sophisticated menu at Nimitr that will delight even the most seasoned gourmand.

We started our evening at the Marble bar which is located next to Nimitr Restaurant on the 27th floor of 137 Pillars Suites and Residences Bangkok. We sample three of Marble Bar's specialty cocktails: The Origami, Violet Garden, and a traditional Mai Tai.
After our cocktails we proceeded to sample the wonderful Asian cuisine at Nimitr Restaurant. Our menu of the evening included: Abalone and Scallop Ceviche (A MUST TRY), Lamb Tandoori, Andaman White Tiger Prawns (BABE's FAVORITE), Asian Bouillabaisse, and Rosell Panna Cotta (SO BEAUTIFUL AND YUMMY!)
