Fresh seafood and grilled-to-order prime cuts of beef and salmon are just a few of the yummy eats available at what is billed as “The best hotel buffet in Bangkok.”

Cuisine Unplugged is a large space with plenty of room for really big groups and cozy booths for 2 – 4 people. We found it easy to move around with virtually no waiting at any of the stations.
The selection was fresh and varied including pizza, pasta, Thai curries, Japanese Sushi/Sashimi, suckling pig and of course fresh seafood! All stations were well stocked at all times and we didn’t need to wait for anything.
Don’t forget the barbeque area! Pick your favorite to grill from the many prime cuts of beef or salmon – cooked to order and brought right to your table. We loved the Wagyu beef, so tender and flavorful. Babe really enjoyed the fresh salmon steak too!
Be sure to try the dessert station! The coconut ice cream was yummy as was the caramel – perfect to go with some chocolate covered fruit from the chocolate fountain.
