A true escape from the hustle and bustle, nestled in nature's embrace, Flora Creek, Kritsada Doi, Chiang Mai, offers a truly relaxing experience where you can fully absorb the tranquillity of the water and lush greenery.

Executive Horizon Garden View Room: A Private Haven in Nature

For this trip, we stayed in the Executive Horizon Garden View Room, number 123. It felt like stepping into a serene, private world. The most impressive aspect of the resort is its surroundings, which include waterfalls, streams, and the Mae Ta Chang Canal.

The gentle sound of flowing water became the ultimate therapeutic sound, creating a relaxing atmosphere from morning until night. The room itself was spacious, perfectly arranged, and featured a balcony that overlooked the beautiful garden. It was a vacation that perfectly blended comfort with the refreshing touch of nature.

The large bed with two pillows each ensures a comfortable night's sleep.
The large bathroom boasts His and Hers sinks and is fully equipped with amenities. The bathroom has a separate bathtub and toilet area. There is ample closet space, a safe, bathrobes, and a hairdryer.

Recreation amidst the Trees: Fitness and Swimming Pool

For those who enjoy working out, the fitness center here is fully equipped and clean. Meanwhile, the swimming pool is a truly calming oasis. The pool is nestled amidst lush greenery, and swimming in the cool water with a gentle breeze and the sight of large surrounding trees is an excellent way to recharge.

There is also a cafe here, Maison de la fleur, a cute cafe in a glass room located at the front of the resort. I ordered a caramel macchiato, cold cocoa, and blueberry crumble and sat enjoying the snacks and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

Or, in the afternoon, if you prefer a picnic by the water amidst gardens, streams, and lawns, I recommend the Picnic with a View set for 890 baht. It is served with dessert, fruit, and two drinks for two people.

A Feast of Flavors: A Diverse and Memorable Meal

Enjoy a special dinner amidst a vast, lush green lawn with pleasant weather, live music, and a daily movie screening on the lawn.

Let's take a look at the food here. I highly recommend the Shabu Shabu pork set, priced at 799 baht. The pork is of good quality, the broth is flavorful, and the fresh vegetables are plentiful. Dipping it in shabu sauce and enjoying it hot in the 18-degree weather is a truly satisfying experience.

Alternatively, if you prefer a regular meal, they have a wide variety of options to choose from.

Som Tam - Pla Foo (Papaya Salad with Crispy Fish) and Yam Pak Kos Pla Kem (Signature Salted Fish Salad) are the perfect appetizers, offering authentic Thai flavours that are bold and multi-layered.

Khao Soi with Short Ribs takes Northern Thai cuisine to the next level. The giant ribs are simmered by the chef until they are tender and melt in your mouth, pairing perfectly with the rich Khao Soi broth.

Grilled pork neck served with mushroom salad and dipping sauce. The grilled pork is tender and juicy, accompanied by a delicious dipping sauce and a refreshing mushroom salad.

Stir-fried basil rice, fish with basil sauce, and stir-fried noodles with river prawns and a fluffy omelette are excellent single-dish options. Whether it's the fragrant basil, the large pieces of fish served with a rich and flavorful basil sauce, or the pad Thai made with noodles, served with river prawns and a fluffy omelette, these dishes are truly outstanding.

Braised ox tongue and three-leaf vegetable salad, a new dish the chef just created, offers a unique and novel flavour.

Breakfast is served buffet-style, with a wide variety of options including Khao Soi, various Thai dishes, salads, fruits, an egg station, and bread. Everything is available.
