Honestly, every single corner of this house is highly photogenic! The hosts have paid great attention to detail with cute decor items and provided everything you could possibly need, from a hair dryer and mosquito repellent to board games and books. It is the perfect setup for a slow-life, back-to-nature experience.

 

Right next to the living area is a compact kitchenette equipped with a large refrigerator, an electric kettle, complimentary drinking water, Ovaltine, and coffee. Plates, bowls, utensils, and glassware are all provided. (Just a friendly reminder: please wash and put them away after use, just like you would when staying at a friend’s house!)

The villa features 2 clean and tidy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels, soap, and shampoo. Each bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king-sized bed and two plush pillows per guest (accommodating up to 2 people per room). The bedding here is incredibly soft and fluffy—so comfortable, in fact, that I almost messaged the owner to ask what brand of mattress they use! It truly guarantees a soul-soothing, deep sleep.

 

The Highlight: The front yard is the absolute best spot. You can set up camping chairs, sip your favorite drinks, and just soak in the cool breeze while staring at the stunning ridge of Chiang Dao mountain. If you are visiting Chiang Mai, it is definitely worth driving an extra hour to experience this level of tranquility.

Don't miss the Pad Thai, Khao Graprao (Holy Basil Rice with Minced Pork), or their French-style pancakes served with honey. It gives you that authentic, deep-in-the-mountains vacation vibe.
