- Sushi (The Absolute Favorite!): The highlight of the night. It uses rare Hom Dok Hang rice from Sakon Nakhon province, topped with fresh shrimp and giant trevally fish. Add a bit of rambutan for sweetness and a light spicy sauce—eat it all in one bite, and it's pure magic!
