Restaurant Rosa

Looking for a hidden gem in Chinatown? Check out Restaurant ROSA (@rosachinatown)! Tucked away on the 2nd floor of Wallflower Cafe, this cozy spot serves up a unique “Crossroads Cuisine” menu led by Chef Pim (Pattamon Boonbusakorn), who brings her Chef's Table experience straight to your plate.

The menu is a fun fusion of Thai, Indian, Japanese, and Western flavors that work together surprisingly well.

Here’s what you get in their 7-Course Menu (1,890+ THB per person)

  • Plantain: A warm, comforting blended vegetable curry soup made with plantains and eggplant, packed with rich spices and generous toppings.

  • Tomatoes: A refreshing cold dish featuring finely diced tomatoes mixed with tender bite-sized squid.

  • Sushi (The Absolute Favorite!): The highlight of the night. It uses rare Hom Dok Hang rice from Sakon Nakhon province, topped with fresh shrimp and giant trevally fish. Add a bit of rambutan for sweetness and a light spicy sauce—eat it all in one bite, and it's pure magic!

  • Chicken: Crispy fried chicken drizzled with a secret sauce, served over rich buttered toast with pickled veggies on the side to balance the flavors.

  • Beef & Fish: A satisfying main course featuring Hom Dok Hang rice topped with crispy fried shrimp, squid, and a spicy curry sauce. (Note: If you don't eat beef, the chef can easily swap it for shrimp!)

  • Somen: served cold top with cheese

  • Fleur de sel: A sweet-and-salty dessert featuring sea salt, coconut milk and cardamom milkice cream, paired with mung beans, diced taro, and soft coconut Ba Bin (Thai coconut pancake).

Pro Tip: Pair your meal with their curated grape-based drink selection—it complements every single course perfectly!
